Phoebe Deutsch is a visual artist working primarily in sculpture, painting, and installation. Her work explores the interconnectedness of natural systems. Phoebe's work reflects a vision of what she calls "alluring speculation", exploring life in its transitional states. The believes the act of adaptation is the great connector between humanity and the environment. There is still much to learn about the significance of such an intricate network, and this is what inspires her artwork.

She is currently a guest lecturer at California College of the Arts in San Francisco, Northeastern University, and is a long-standing faculty member at The Crucible.
