Color Mixing Workshop

Saturday, June 7; 11am - 2pm

Instructor: Jasper Wilde

Unlock the power of color in this hands-on workshop designed to help you create harmonious palettes with confidence. Through structured exercises and guided experimentation you will explore color relationships, neutralizing techniques, and how to mix a wide range of tones from just a few colors. This workshop is perfect for painters looking to refine their color choices and achieve richer, more cohesive compositions.

You will learn:

- Essential color theory concepts using provided visual guides

- Limited palette mixing by using just two colors plus black and white to create a balanced range of hues

- To create mud (on purpose!)

- To harmonize colors by incorporating a neutral base into your mixtures

- To build a custom color wheel by mixing and mapping out secondary, tertiary, and tinted colors from your own primary selection
