I am not a poet so words do not come. I am a painter I love to paint. If every painting I finished disappeared in one week, I would still paint. My work is about color, shape, line, and emotion. The piece is complete when a viewer looks at the work and feels a connection..

I was born in England, raised in Canada and moved to San Francisco as a young woman. I knew I was home. I raised a family, remodeled homes, painted, did carpentry and made a living making production art pieces. During this time I attended U.C. Extension, College of Marin and studied with various art instructors. Now I have a studio in the Novato Art Center,
