In today's fast-paced world stress can feel overwhelming. Create Your Calm offers a transformative approach to stress management through the power of creativity. This hands-on class invites you to tap into your inner creative resources, using art and creative expression as tools to navigate and reduce stress. Whether you are new to creative practices or have experience in the arts, this workshop will guide you through mindful exercises that will help you relax, center yourself, and release the tension that accumulates in your body and mind.
Through various creative techniques such as drawing, painting, and mixed media, participants will learn how the process of creation can foster calm, clarity, and a sense of wellbeing. No prior art experience or skills are needed, just an open mind and a willingness to explore. By the end of the session you will have practical tools to incorporate into your daily life, empowering you to manage stress and connect with your inner calm.
