An afternoon of art-making in connection with Janet Bogardus’ exhibition Terrain, now showing in the Second Floor Gallery at MarinMOCA
We will use images of famous landscape paintings to create new, collaged images that relate to our present-day feelings about the natural world around us. This workshop is open to all levels of art experience.
Janet Bogardus is a painter and mixed-media artist who has exhibited her work since 1989 at various venues in California and New York. Since completing an MFA in 1990, she has taught college courses in modern art history, painting, drawing and mixed media at numerous Bay Area locations. Her paintings, artists’ books and commissioned works are included in many private collections in the Bay Area, Mexico, Norway and the East Coast. Her work can be viewed at: www.janetbogardus.net.

Cancellation Policy: Fees are due at time of registration. You may cancel up to one (1) week prior to start of class/workshop and the fee, less $25 for processing, will be refunded to you. Should MarinMOCA cancel a class/workshop, you will receive a full refund.
Should you cancel less than one (1) week prior to a class or workshop begins, you will not receive a refund of any portion of your registration fee. There are no refunds for individual classes that are missed within a monthly series.
